We checked five references in Charleston area on Generac and Transworld before deciding to purchase a backup 16 KW natural gas generator. The references were very positive. Al Hicks and crew did a great job in providing generator information and a timely, neat installation. The weekly testing has taken place as scheduled without any issue. It has been a positive experience.
