Kevin Voortland and Richard came today to hang a new light fixture. They were exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was so impressed with Kevin’s knowledge of the materials used to hang the heavy light fixture. He identified the steel wire used as that used in the airline industry. I had been nervous about the durability of these wires but he put my fears at ease. I had asked about the wires numerous times before but Kevin showed us how well designed the fixture was and gave examples of other instances where this wire is used for heavy applications. He really made me feel comfortable with the fixture’s durability. We will definitely call Transworld and ask for Kevin for our future electrical needs.
