After two days without lights in three rooms, and waiting for our contractor to contact Transworld, Inc. I called this am myself. I spoke with Bonnie, who transferred me to the dispatcher. She told me the electricians would arrive by 1:00. They called and came early and fixed our problem in 15 minutes. I had been told by a contractor that we probably would need a completely new panel but it was just two wires hooked up with poor contact.
Richie called ahead to ask if they could come early, and he and Charles were both professional and helpful. They explained the problem and fixed it in a short time.
We have used Transworld several times before and have always been very pleased with the work. You can be very proud of your employees and we will continue to call for any electrical problems.
