Richie Smith from TransWorld came out to my house this a.m. for an ongoing electrical problem. I’ve had other electricians try and troubleshoot the issue with no success. Richie came into my home and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes!! It was incredible! It was evident from the moment he arrived at my home that he was “pro-customer.” He kindly introduced himself and asked me to explain the issue I was having. After that, he began to troubleshoot and within minutes he had determined the problem and resolved the issue. I am so grateful for his experience, his knowledge, and his efficiency.
